Safe is the key image of airline service for most of people around the world. Aeroplane is the safest vehicle of the world until today. However the image of airline service is changing. Though, everyone knows that aircraft carries latest technology, therefore, the ratio of air crash is even lower than unbalance caused tumble down, people still feel that catch airplane becomes more and more unsafe.

The people may possibly have confused from the information of air crash and the exactly air crash, which is the first reason may be thought to answer why people feel airplane become unsafe nowadays. At the past couple decades, airline business had a huge growth at Asia-pacific area. China, India, and ASEANs’ great economic growth did not only produce lots of business travel but also leaded the Third Truism Revolution. Business and private air travellers supported Asia-pacific area’s airline business. During the term of economic growth, the governments of those countries had attempted to reduce the control of their media. Earlier years, the news of air crash was the top secret in the country such as China. However, media is allowed to report air crash at China nowadays. People may get more information from mass media compare to those days the information was controlled at earlier.

Another reason may be thought, which is the competition caused cost cutting, which made airline service become unsafe. Low cost airline companies get more and more market share nowadays. The ticket price for those companies is unbelievable low. Some of the low cost airline companies even provide free air ticket to their customers. Maintenance for an airplane is costly, which is not a doubtable thing for everyone. The low cost airline companies have to face the similar maintenance cost as well as those full service airline companies. Therefore, to keep challenge the limitation of airplane becomes the only way for low cost airline companies to make profile. The way they do is to use any possibility to let airplane stay in the sky. This strategy may cause plane to have more mechanic problem easily.  Eventually, the mechanic problems are able to relate to airplane accident. 

Historically, increase price at Japan is a challenging job. Several years ago, insurance companies at Japan were facing a cost up. It is unaffordable for the insurance companies. Hence, the companies decided to increase their price of insurance. A strong disagreement for the decision had comes from the society sooner.

Japanese have different view to business compare to the people come form the rest of the world. Ask a simple question, which is “which category of people is most important for a company?” at different country. The people from different country may have different answer for surely. Probably, government officer is the most important category of people for Chinese companies and stockholders are most important for American companies.  However, at Japan the answer must be “customer”.

Be a customer at Japan is like to be a god at the other countries. There is no prouder thing than to answer all the requirements from their customers for Japanese companies.  Because of this, the productions and services at Japan really pay attention to the detail. It is very rare to find something, which is unsatisfied for a person from overseas.

Customers a Japan have growth at the environment, which is filled up by the high quality productions and services. Consequently, the people at Japan concern the price seriously when they act as a customer.

On the other view, be a customer is only half part of human being’s life. Another part of human being’s life is to produce something as an employee. A person has two roles that they are consumer and producer. Buy cheap and high quality stuff is the mission for every consumer. Do easier job and earn more is the mission for every employee.

The mission of consumer and the mission of employee may not be satisfied at same time and the two missions are a confliction. Look at nowadays Japanese society, it seems like Japanese prefer more to be a good customer than a good employee and employees at Japan put too many proud to their job. Hence, it is already impossibly for Japan to increase their labour price.

As everyone knows already, there are two types of economics – Microeconomics and Macroeconomics. Microeconomics attempt to search what price is made by and what the relationships between demand curve and supply curve are and so on. The basic concept of microeconomics comes from Adam Smith’s “invisible hand of god”. It believes that any group, organization or individual should not influence on market.

However, after WWI, the world was facing a serious economic panic.  During the term, any microeconomic theory was helpless for that situation. The situation did not allow economists think about what price is made by and what the relationships between demand curve and supply curve are and so on, especially, when people at the world were facing the hunger.

The situation had forced people to give a short-term influence to change economy to a positive condition to avoid economics panics caused jobless and hunger. Macroeconomics has advantages at this area. Therefore, Macroeconomics has become popular since those years.

Currently, sublime loan caused FNM and FRE problems are giving a huge negative influence to the world. Some economists even believe that sublime loan will cause an economic panic, which the world never experienced. The American government even have through their believes on “invisible hand of god” to give a financial help to FNM and FRE to avoid the two huge organizations’ bankrupt.

Sadly, macroeconomics is only useful to give a short-term influence to economy. The “short-term” usually means not longer than 2 months. However, sublime loan caused problem may not be solved in 2 months. It means market needs a control in a longer term. So far, this is the special field for socialist planned economy.

Perhaps, 2008 economic panic is an opportunity for us to look socialist planned economy again seriously to learn something, which capitalism does not have. 

A glasses shop surprised me today. I went to shopping at lunch break. There is a glasses shop at the shopping mall. I went into the shop and just wanted to have a look as usual. Then, I found something, which is impossible for me to thought according to my experience. Consumer can create a loan for their glasses from the shop. People create a loan for a house or a car in nowadays is becoming normal already. However, people should not face a situation such as create a loan to buy a pair of simply glasses. It is incorrectly for those things to happen at he world.

Nowadays, the price of oil is breaking the record, CPI at every country around the world is going to up and food is not an affordable thing for poor people to buy already. There is nothing, which we can do.

The only thing we can do is to hope that one day every people can buy glasses without a loan. 

  Last Friday, I attended a Christian group activity.  This is the first time for me to joy a Christian event. During the meeting, all of us read several sentences form the Bible and discuss about it. One sentence from those, mainly mentioned that people have to avoid to gossip. The sentence answered a question for me.

  When I watch European and American film, I found that if a person has question with another, the person would discuss with the “another” directly. However, usually, in Asia, it may become a different story. The person at Asia will never ask directly. The one who has question always try to find the answer via ask the people around the particular person. I did not know how the differences between Europe and America, and Asia were made.

If use academic way to explain, the answer may be Europe and America have similar culture and Asia has different culture with them. All the differences were made by culture. On the other view, if the explanation could touch about why Europe and America have different culture with Asia and where the differences come form, the explanation may become more useful.

Buddhism, Muslim and Christ are three biggest religions at the world, the gods form those three religions did mention that gossip is the thing, which should not be done by people. Even though Buddhism and Muslim influenced Asian culture a lot, the people form Asia did not learn how to stop gossip from their religions as well as the European and American did.

Furthermore, compare to Buddhism and Muslim, Jesus Christ is the religion, which is most clearly taught to people what should be done and what should not be done. The religion may give a clear and strong signal to people that gossip is not a good thing.

All in all, compare to Asia, less gossip may be found from Europe and America because the different character of religions made different culture at different area.
